Michelle Obama has revealed in her new tell all book, Becoming Michelle Obama, amongst other intimate details, that her daughters were conceived by IVF.
The book which is set to be released early next week describes the difficulties her and Barrack faced trying to conceive as well as a miscarriage that left her feeling lost and alone.

Realising her biological clock was ticking the couple used vitro fertilisation for both daughters, Malia and Sasha.
Speaking with ABC's Good Morning America it is revealed that a chapter in the book 'Becoming Us' focuses on her marriage to former president Barrack Obama and their infertility issues.
"It turns out that even two committed go getters with a deep love and robust work ethic can't will themselves into being pregnant."
Her relationship with Barrack became strained due to their stressful and busy schedules and it ended up impacting their marriage, landing them in marriage counselling.
"Marriage counselling for us is one of those ways that we learned how to talk out our differences. What I learnt about myself is that my happiness was up to me and I started working out more, I started asking for help and not just from him, from other people."
In the interview she also speaks on Trump and says she would never forgive him for standing behind the theory that her husband was not born in the US.
"What if someone with an unstable mind loaded a gun and drove to Washington? What if that person went looking for our girls? Donald Trump, with his loud and reckless innuendos, was putting my family's safety at risk. And for this I'd never forgive him."
She also said she was in shock when Trump won his presidency and tried to block it out.
