Meghan Markle's sister Samantha slams Christmas card with Prince Harry as 'incredibly rude'

Samantha Markle has slammed her sister Meghan Markle for the photo used on her and Prince Harry's Christmas card this year, calling it "incredibly rude".

Kensington Palace tweeted the snap, taken from behind Meghan and Harry as they stand arm-in-arm while watching the fireworks at their May wedding.

Samantha, who has frequently criticised her estranged half-sister online and in the press, responded that she felt the photo had a deeper, more malicious meaning.

"Interesting that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have their backs turned," she tweeted.

"Is this towards the world or just the Ragland and Markle family? It's a bit sad. Face the Christmas spirit."

53-year-old Samantha has previously called Harry a "wuss" and claimed Meghan "mistreats" people, dubbing her "The Duchess Of Nonsense".

"It's incredibly rude to turn your back in a Christmas photo that is meant to share warmth and good wishes with the world," she continued on Twitter.

"Those that criticize me for pointing out the truth, need to get that brown stuff off their noses.

"I hear the world's smallest violin playing."

Samantha, who has multiple sclerosis and uses a wheelchair, visited the UK earlier this year. During her visit, she was photographed handing over a letter a Kensington Palace guard before being turned away

She also recently revealed she would release a tell-all memoir, In The Shadows Of The Duchess, purposely timed to coincide with the birth of Harry and Meghan's baby.
