The teen boy who allegedly won a ticket to the notorious Sex Island 2018 holiday says he wants to marry one of its sex workers.

'Brian', who organisers of the infamously 'drug-friendly' event say is 16 years old and was a virgin, is said to have spoken to the Daily Mail about his experience.

"It was incredible, so amazing that I want to cry just thinking about it. I had sex for the first time, alcohol for the first time and I did drugs for the first time," the tabloid says he said.

"One of my girls was called Andrea, and I fell in love with her... I want to marry her, and she says she wants to come and live in the United States. I've kept her number and hope to see her again soon."

A photo shows 'Brian' semi-clothed on a bed with two women - whether or not one of them is 'Andrea' is not known.

Sex Island has been labelled "sick" and "disgusting" online and caused concern by authorities in Caribbean countries it's reported to take place in.

The holiday package is said to provide each guest with two prostitutes each for three days, unlimited alcohol and food, along with easy access to a wide range of drugs. Cocaine is reportedly the most popular.

Tickets cost US$6000 when they first went on sale, but were later reduced. It is said to have taken place December 14 - 17 in a secret location.

'Brian' is not the first alleged attendee of Sex Island to talk to media about what they claim to have experienced - 'Ryan', a 'married dentist from New York', also has.

Both of them appear to have spoken to media via Good Girls Company, the group behind the event, which means it could all be deceptive PR.

Whether or not Sex Island is actually real is yet to be independently proven.
