The hunt for Married at First Sight NZ applicants is on

The search has begun for Married at First Sight New Zealand applicants. The third season of the reality show will air later this year.

A promotional video posted to Three's social media and website features a woman on a therapist's couch, "desperately" searching for Mr. Right.

"What I'd suggest is a social experiment that some might say is a little controversial," says the woman's therapist.

"How would you feel about getting married at first sight?"

It seems Kiwis are keen - the post on Facebook has received over 700 comments.

The latest season of MAFS Australia has been rife with drama, scandal and cheating, with only one couple emerging from the season in love and committed.

Cam and Julia are set to be married again - for real this time.

The second season of the New Zealand show has one remaining couple too - Yuki and Dan are still loved up.

If you're a New Zealand citizen or resident, over 25, and truly searching for love then this could be your chance.
