'He just shot her': Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans distraught after husband kills her dog

Reality TV personality Jenelle Evans has admitted she's considering divorcing her husband after he shot and killed her dog.

"He just took her and shot her in the woods, about two acres away from the house," she told Us Weekly following the incident.

David Eason confessed to the deed on Instagram, claiming the family's French bulldog Nugget snapped at his daughter Ensley.

"I don't give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face," he wrote.

"Whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don't put up with that shit at all.

"I'm all about protecting my family; it is my life's mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me."

Evans' response on social media told a very different story. In a caption alongside a photo with her beloved pet, the 16 and Pregnant star said she was "crying every day".

"I love you so much and I'm so sorry. I'm speechless," she wrote.

The troubled 27-year-old mother of three told Us Weekly divorce was "in thoughts," and that the couple were not on speaking terms.

"At this time, we are dealing with this rough situation. I want to focus on what's best for me and my kids.

"I'm too hurt and upset at the fact he did that. It's taking time to get over this whole situation, and it's making me feel he's very cruel and doesn't have a heart on many ends," she said.

Eason and Evans were married in 2017, and continued to feature on MTV's Teen Mom series. Later that year, Eason was dropped from the network for writing homophobic tweets.

Last year, Evans called 911 to report that her husband had assaulted her, but later dubbed it a misunderstanding.
