According to Ladbrokes on Tuesday morning, the top choice is Arthur, Prince Charles' middle name, with 5/1 odds.
While Prince Harry and Meghan have been known to do away with some royal traditions, it is expected their first born will be given a traditional moniker.
Albert and Philip - the name of Queen Elizabeth's husband, the Duke of Edinburgh - come in tied at second with 6/1 odds.
Following up is James at 8/1, Alexander and Alfred at 10/1 and Thomas - the name of Meghan's father - at 12/1.
Due to few updates about the baby's arrival, fans over the last month speculated Meghan had already given birth and kept it quiet.
But Prince Harry said the baby had been overdue, giving the pair more time to think about potential names before sharing the boy with the world.
He told reporters on Monday that it was likely the pair would share the baby with the world in the next two days - and a name could be announced then.
The baby is seventh in line to the throne, following the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and his children, and then Prince Harry.
