ASAP Rocky has been charged with assault by a Swedish prosecutor over a physical confrontation in Stockholm last month.

The rapper has been in custody since July 3, where some media outlets have reported he's been subjected to "shockingly inhumane conditions".
A raft of celebrities called for Rocky's release, sharing a petition before US President Donald Trump vowed to intervene.
Following Prosecutor Daniel Suneson's assertion that "the events in question constitute a crime despite claims of self-defense," Trump responded on Twitter.
"Very disappointed in Prime Minister Stefan Löfven for being unable to act. Sweden has let our African American Community down in the United States," he said.
"I watched the tapes of A$AP Rocky, and he was being followed and harassed by troublemakers. Treat Americans fairly!"
Prime Minister Stefan Löfven’s office said in a statement that he would not intervene and “underlined that in Sweden everyone is equal before the law.”
Earlier this month, TMZ published a video of the incident, which appears to show Rocky and three other associates in a physical altercation with two young men.

Rocky himself shared footage of the event on Instagram that appears to show he and his entourage repeatedly telling the men to stop following them, before one of them swings his headphones at a bodyguard.
“We don’t know these guys and we didn’t want trouble, they followed us for 4 blocks," the Grammy nominee wrote on Instagram.
Rocky and two other suspects will remain in custody until the trial begins.
