Prince William slammed over christening portrait with Harry

A new photo is adding fuel to rumours of a royal family feud.

Prince William was supposed to be celebrating his nephew Archie Mountbatten-Windsor's christening - but he didn't appear to have enjoyed himself.

A photograph of the event was shared on Instagram, showing members of the royal family surrounding the two-month-old son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

"Their Royal Highnesses feel fortunate to have enjoyed this day with family and the godparents of Archie," the caption read.

However many are pointing out Prince William's "sour" face in the portrait, and he's being accused of being "rude and disrespectful" towards his brother.

"William looks like he would rather be elsewhere, his face is so sour," one person commented.

"The look on William's face disappoints me," another person wrote.

"It's just rude and disrespectful... like you can't show your brother the same respect he's shown to you."

His wife is also being called out for her pose and facial expressions.

"Kate doesn't have a real smile on her face. She looks pained," one comment read.

Body language expert Judi James told MailOnline William looks "oddly furtive" in the photo.

"With a very relaxed and jolly-looking Camilla down one end of this pose, Kate sits at the other looking oddly self-diminished and prim, with her arms pulled into her torso and a part-smile on her face," she said.

"Given all the rift rumours the rather 'ready to flee' tension in her pose could be seen as awkwardness, but it could also show a desire to lower her own status signals and not upstage the happy couple.

"William's pose behind her looks harder to fathom out as it seems to show the prince in nightclub bouncer mode."
