What Beyoncé said to Meghan Markle about baby Archie at Lion King premiere

Beyoncé and Meghan Markle shared a warm embrace in a much-anticipated meeting on the red carpet at the premiere of the new Lion King movie.

The Duchess of Sussex broke royal protocol by giving Beyoncé a hug, before the conversation turned to the newest addition to the royal family, baby Archie.

"That baby is so beautiful," Beyoncé can be heard saying to Meghan in clips captured by fans.

The 'Formation' singer's husband Jay Z waited patiently in the wings for his brush with royalty reportedly advising the new mum: "Always find time for yourself," according to CNN.

Eagle-eyed commentators claim Beyoncé can be seen greeting Meghan with the words "my Princess", which isn't entirely surprising considering her public praise of the Duchess.

Beyoncé gave Meghan a social media shout out after she and Jay-Z won Best International Group at the Brit Awards, posing infront of a Mona Lisa-esque portrait of Meghan.

"In honor of Black History Month, we bow down to one of our Melanated Monas" the caption said. "Congrats on your pregnancy! We wish you so much joy."

The parenting chat continued at the star-studded premiere, with Prince Harry reportedly telling the hip hop power couple, "You guys are busy," referring to their three children.
