The inaugural line-up features superstar DJ and Grammy-winner Calvin Harris as the headline act.
Promoters say Festival X Rising aims to cater to a range of musical tastes with acts spanning several genres, including "dance, hip-hop or pop."
Sharing the stage with Harris at the iconic New Zealand concert venue will be Lil Pump, Juice WRLD, Tchami, Anna Lunoe and Kiwi DJ duo the Katayanagi Twins.
'One Kiss' hit-maker Harris headlined the Kiwi dance festival Our House in 2012, while Kayne West collaborator Lil Pump appearing on the FOMO bill at Spark Arena earlier this year.
Festival X Rising will take place on Thursday, November 28, with tickets going on sale Wednesday, September 4.
