Katy Perry is being accused of sexually harassing a female TV host just days after her male 'Teenage Dream' co-star claimed she sexually assaulted him.

The 'I Kissed a Girl' hit-maker has not publicly addressed the allegations, but some of her associates have denied the first, on her behalf.

Perry's latest alleged sexual misconduct was reported on by Kremlin-run newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta, based on a report on the StarHit website.

Tina Kandelaki, a TV host in Georgia, is quoted in the publication accusing Perry of inappropriately touching and kissing her while intoxicated at a party, reports Consequence of Sound.

Kandelaki doesn't say when or where the alleged incident took place, or name anyone else who was present.

A Google translation of Kandelaki's comments reads: "Once I was invited to a private party with Katy Perry, where she, being pretty tipsy, chose me as an object for the manifestation of her passion.

"I managed to fight back - strength training was not in vain - and Katy instantly found a new victim for kisses, hugs and dirty dances. As far as I can tell, there were no casualties at the party, but I won't be surprised at the stream of memories of unhappy fans who for years carried this inside themselves, and now they suddenly remembered the desecrated dignity."

Kandelaki's quotes have been published after model Josh Kloss alleged Perry forcibly pulled his pants and underwear away from his body at a party, showing his genitals to "a couple of her guy friends and the crowd".

Among those saying that attack never happened was the host of the party where Kloss says it took place.

Responding to people saying he was lying, Kloss says they should give their loyalty to Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian, who are "two women in a lot more power" than Perry that treated him "with respect".
