Kate, William ditch Meghan, Harry from Royal Foundation after split

Prince William and Kate Middleton have reportedly finalised their "split" from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The report comes after Harry and Meghan made the decision to set up their own household earlier this year, breaking away from the joint operation they shared with William and Kate.

Harry and Meghan, known officially as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, had shared staff with William and Kate since their marriage in May last year.

Now The Sun is reporting that the final stage in the palace "split" is now complete, after any mention of Harry and Meghan were removed from Kate and William's charity, even though the charity was originally founded by William and Harry.

On August 8, the charity gave a payment of NZ$19.30 to change its name, The Sun reports.

British newspapers have been reporting since the end of last year that there had been a rift between the two couples, although there has been no public indication of any feud.
