Banks, who earlier this year called Irish people "prideful, inbred leprechauns," unleashed on Lizzo following the news her track 'Truth Hurts' had hit number one.
"Lmao the fact that the public and the media has been keeping this fat girl joke going for so long is honestly peak boredom," she wrote in an Instagram comment.
"The song is not good, nor is the dumpy fat girl spectacle live set she does.
"Saddest bit is that the girl is legit talented and truly only being allowed to shine so long as she allows herself to be this millennial mammy of sorts."
"She looks like she is making a fool of her black self for a white American public," she added.
Banks also took aim with fellow female rapper Cardi B, who she called "illiterate".
"They are really choosing the worst of the black women's crop to advertise America with."
Meanwhile, the '212' hitmaker upheld Missy Elliot and Queen Latifah as artists who "represented for larger women with being disgusting".
Even British singer Adele didn't escape a mention, with Banks announcing she "can't sing".
