Kim Kardashian says she's quitting nude selfies and banning her daughter from using makeup to obey husband Kanye West.
The rapper has recently become an outspoken, seemingly devout born-again Christian and appears to be enforcing new rules on his reality TV star wife.
Kim's infamous sex tape with Ray J helped launch her career. Ever since, she's constantly posted racy photos on Instagram and been photographed less than fully clothed for countless publications.
But now, despite proclaiming "nude selfies till I die" after posing completely naked for Paper magazine, Kim says she's covering up - after Kanye became unhappy with her frequent "sexy" public looks.
"I think I have [covered up] a little bit. I don't know if it's the fact that my husband has voiced that sometimes too sexy is just overkill and he's not comfortable with that," she told The Cut.
"I realised I could not even scroll through Instagram in front of my kids without full nudity coming up on my feed pretty much all the time. And I definitely contributed to that."
Kim's comments came after Kanye became angry with her on Keeping Up With the Kardashians over her Met Gala outfit, claiming the corseted dress was "too sexy".
Kim has also switched her stance on makeup for their six-year-old daughter North, after she and Kanye had a "big fight" about it. She confessed to bowing to his will in the latest episode of Australian TV show The Sunday Project.
"About the makeup thing; I don't think a kid should really be wearing makeup either, you know?" she said.
"I think sometimes if you don't understand a rule, it is good to learn and ask your friends and, in my case my siblings, what they would do."
Kim is a self-described "really religious" Christian herself, but appears to be less devout than Kanye has been recently, considering he claims to have banned collaborators from partaking in premarital sex.
However, Kanye has also claimed to be a "son of God" like Jesus Christ, but at other times has claimed to be God himself.
