Tekashi 6ix9ine's request to serve time at home rejected, girlfriend leaks jail pic

Tekashi 6ix9ine's girlfriend has published a new photo of the pair together and made an impassioned plea on his behalf after a judge rejected his request to be let out of prison early.

The 'Gummo' rapper and admitted child sex offender, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, is around 14 months into a two-year sentence - a sentence greatly reduced after he testified against fellow Nine Trey Bloods gang members.

6ix9ine, sometimes spelled as Tekashi69, had claimed he was a marked man behind bars after his act of "snitching" and hence should be allowed out early to serve his time at home. But Manhattan federal court judge Paul Engelmayer shot down the request on Tuesday (local time), saying the move would undermine his intentions at sentencing, according to multiple reports.

Following the ruling, the rapper's girlfriend has spoken out. Rachel Wattley, an aspiring rapper known as Jade, posted a photo of herself with 6ix9ine in jailhouse attire on Instagram with an emotional message that makes bold claims.

"They kidnapped you, they had sex with the mother of your child, they get caught on the phone trying to kill you and they're stealing millions of dollars from you," said Jade.

"If you snitch, for the rest of your life people are gonna try to kill you for being a rat but if you don't snitch, you're doing 47 years in prison where they're gonna kill you anyway.

"They can’t break you, no one understands why people still love you and support you... they know the internet hasn’t been the same since you left."

6ix9ine was arrested as part of a joint US law enforcement operation that cracked down on violence and drug dealing by the Nine Trey Bloods.

Previously, the rapper had a long history of trouble with the law, including pleading guilty to filming a 13-year-old child perform oral sex on a grown man in 2015.

Meanwhile, yet another fellow musician has struck out publicly at 6ix9ine over his actions, but this time not one from the hip-hop world.

Metal guitarist from Slayer and Exodus Gary Holt slammed the 'Rainbow Brite asshole' in a since-deleted Instagram post cited by Loudwire.

He also questioned why fans would contribute to 6ix9ine's income despite his actions.

"So this little Rainbow Brite asshole, this piece of shit, this SNITCH, wants out of jail because it's dangerous. Wants to serve his time at home. Because the jail is full of the same gangbangers who he snitched on to avoid real jail time," Holt said.

"Hey know what dude? F**k you. Watch your back punk, and be careful when you walk into dark hallways!

"For f**ks sake, why do we help make guys like this money? By we I don't mean me, or virtually anyone reading this!"

6ix9ine has been subjected to mockery and threats from the likes of 50 Cent, Meek Mill, Boosie Badazz, BeDa and Uncle Murda.
