New video may debunk moment Meghan Markle allegedly 'fell out' with royals

A new video has emerged of Prince Charles' garden party which appears to debunk rumours it showed the beginning of an alleged rift between Meghan Markle and the Royal Family.

Lady Colin Campbell, author of the upcoming book Meghan and Harry: The Real Story, claimed Meghan had made an "astonishing" blunder during the 2018 event which left royal commenters "gobsmacked".

She said Meghan had asked to leave the party, which was attended by Charles and Camilla along with 6000 charity guests, after just 15 minutes because she was "bored".

On Thursday social media users uncovered footage from the event which showed Meghan and Prince Harry making a hasty exit after Charles asks to speak to Harry.

One Twitter user commented: "Here is the video where Charles seems to tell Harry it's time to leave".

But now a new video of the event has emerged which, an expert lip-reader told The Daily Mail, casts doubt on the rift claims.

According to the lip reader, Charles said: "We are going now, we have to leave".

Prince Harry nodded before allegedly replying: "You go ahead."

"We will go now ... see you later."

"Yes, catch up... after."

Many royal fans had agreed the body language during the interaction didn't show any evidence of friction.
