Eighteen-year-old Hunter Schmeidler got the surprise of his life when he was surprised by a random act of kindness from Tyler Patterson and his dad Gary.
Schmeidler had recently lost his job and had no way of paying his rent.
He recently took up a delivery job, which is what brought him to the special moment where Tyler and Gary gave him a random $500 cash tip.
