Khloe Kardashian slams Twitter troll for comparing her to 'alien' with 'too much plastic surgery'

Khloe Kardashian has hit back at a Twitter troll after they compared her to an alien due to the amount of plastic surgery she may have had on her face.

The comment appeared under the reality TV star's campaign for Nurtec ODT, a migraine-relieving drug, which she had posted on her Twitter feed.

"Does research indicate that the more plastic surgery someone has, the more likely they are to suffer from migraines?" the Twitter user asked.

"What kind of pharmaceutical company chooses someone who has had so much plastic surgery they look like an alien, to be their spokesperson?"

Out of the 3200 comments the post received, Kardashian chose to reply to this particularly cruel one.

"Sorry you feel that way," Kardashian wrote.

"You have every right to block/mute me. I am trying to help many out there who suffer in

silence."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star went on to share in the thread she had been "suffering from migraines since the sixth grade".

"This is the first time ever that I found a medication that has consistently worked for me. I've tried everything. All I want to do is help even a handful of people. So if others want to be mean... I'll take it as long as I can help."

Kardashian acknowledged the Twitter troll was "completely entitled" to their opinion and highlighted that in their Twitter bio they identified as feminist.

"I don't think you should refer to yourself as a feminist if you are attacking a woman unprovoked."

Kardashian ended the Twitter feud with some positive advice for her Twitter followers.

"I hope you guys have a fantastic day filled with blessings! Block out the negativity. Block out the people that are cruel," she said.

"Remember they are fighting their own issues. Respond with kindness."

The star previously revealed she was at "breaking point" over the constant scrutiny of her appearance.

"My soul is at a breaking point in regards to the public thinking they're allowed to talk about my weight, my face, my personal life," she said during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in March.

Kardashian is yet to confirm or deny what cosmetic work, if any, she has had done.
