Black Widow looks like 'garbage', 'a bad video game' - Stephen Dorff

Actor Stephen Dorff has unleashed a slew of insults about current Marvel blockbuster Black Widow, which he reckons "looks like garbage".

The star of FeardotCom, Alone in the Dark and Deuces Wild says he feels "embarrassed" for the people involved, in particular lead star Scarlett Johansson.

Dorff, who has also appeared in Blade and Immortals, made the comments in an interview with The Independent.

"I still hunt out the good sh*t because I don't want to be in Black Widow," Dorff said in the interview.

"It looks like garbage to me. It looks like a bad video game.

"I'm embarrassed for those people. I'm embarrassed for Scarlett! I'm sure she got paid five, seven million bucks, but I'm embarrassed for her."

Despite his involvement in several critical and box office failures, Dorff insisted he wants nothing to do with the most successful film franchise of all time - the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

"I don't want to be in those movies. I really don't. I'll find that kid director that's gonna be the next Kubrick and I'll act for him instead."

Dorff won the 1999 MTV Movie award for Best Villain for his role in Blade, but has never been nominated for an Oscar or Golden Globe.

It appears he doesn't ever want one.

"This year's Oscars were the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen," Dorff told The Independent.

"You have actors that don't have a clue what they're doing. You have filmmakers that don't have a clue what they're doing. We're all in these little boxes on these streamers... it's all one big clusterf**k of content now."
