US DJ Diplo is being sued by a woman who claims he coerced her into oral sex.

The 42-year-old DJ, whose real name is Tomas Wesley Pentz, is the subject of the suit from an unnamed woman who alleges he sexually assaulted her in 2019.

TMZ reports Diplo invited the woman to an after-party following a concert in Las Vegas.

The women and other attendees consumed alcohol and cannabis before Diplo invited her to his private room.

She claims other party-goers were kicked out by Diplo's security team and a male friend was allegedly punched in the face when he refused to leave without her.

She says Diplo told her she would not be able to leave unless she performed oral sex on him, and she agreed, as she felt trapped.

She says the DJ filmed the sex acts without her consent.

However, Diplo's attorney Bryan Freedman told TMZ there is no truth to the story - and claims the unnamed woman "repeats" another lawsuit against the DJ from another woman - Shelly Auguste.

Auguste sued Diplo in June for sexual battery, claiming he filmed the act against her will.

"This complaint is completely outrageous, wildly untrue, and yet also entirely predictable, given that it simply repeats the exact same claim already made by the plaintiff’s friend Shelly Auguste," said Freedman.

He says Auguste has been "harassing" Diplo for more than a year - in violation of a restraining order she is served with.

"We have irrefutable evidence that this is a completely meritless claim."
