Billie Eilish interrupts Governor's Ball performance to call out security for 'not paying attention'

A visibly irritated Billie Eilish stopped her performance at the Governor's Ball mid-song to call out security personnel for "not paying attention".

The 19-year-old pop star was singing 'Everything I Wanted' to a huge crowd at the New York City festival when she interrupted her own song, seemingly concerned by some activity in the mosh pit.

"Security, why aren’t you paying attention?" Eilish yelled while pointing to an area of the audience, as shown in a video of the concert uploaded to Twitter.

"Like, for real. One job, please," she added, clearly annoyed.

Eilish resumed singing, only to pause again shortly after to check in on her fans.

"Everybody good? Are you okay?" she asked the crowd. "This song is for you," she declared, before continuing the performance.

While it wasn't clear what the issue was that caught Eilish's eye at the festival, it didn't spoil the evening, with the Grammy winner later calling her Governor's Ball set "one of her all time favourites" on Instagram.
