'Whatever you say daddy': Megan Fox says 'naked' VMAs dress was Machine Gun Kelly's idea

Megan Fox says the much-discussed see-through outfit she wore at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards was the brainchild of her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.

The 35-year-old Transformers star walked the red carpet in a barely there, completely sheer dress by Mugler featuring sparkly embroidery with an embellished G-string underneath.

Fox went on to declare she was "ignoring and defying all of your puritanical emotionally repressed projections of what a woman should be" in an Instagram post about her look, but revealed to Entertainment Tonight that MGK was behind the whole thing.

"He was like, 'You're gonna be naked tonight,'" she said in a red carpet interview with ET.

"I was like, 'Whatever you say, daddy!' Whatever daddy says."

One thing the rapper won't have a say over is who stars in his music videos alongside him, however. Fox told the interviewer the 'Bad Things' hitmaker wasn't "allowed to have other hoes" in his videos after she featured in his 'My Bloody Valentine' clip.

"It's the queen or no one," she said.

The Jennifer's Body star also said she's "so proud" of Kelly, adding, "He's the most talented boy in the world."

In another recent interview, Fox spoke about the spiritual nature of her relationship with the 'Bad Things' hitmaker, claiming her ancestors are partly to thank.

"I think part of [our connection] comes naturally because our relationship is so karmic that our spirit, our souls are so intertwined on that higher plane, a lot of it is handled for us by our ancestors and the spirits and energies that are watching over us," she told CR Fashion Book
