Britney Spears reveals plans to have another baby

Britney Spears has revealed she's "thinking about having another baby" in an Instagram post hinting she'd love to have a daughter.

The 39-year-old singer, who is celebrating her freedom after the termination of the 13-year-long conservatorship that controlled her life, shared a black and white image of a toddler's feet on tippy-toes alongside a pair of adult feet.

"I'm thinking about having another baby!" the 'Stronger' singer captioned the snap.

"I wonder if this one is a girl... she's on her toes reaching for something, that's for sure."

In an emotional court testimony during the legal battle to end her conservatorship, Spears told the judge she had been forbidden from having an IUD removed in order to prevent her from falling pregnant again.

"I would like to progressively move forward and I want to have the real deal, I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was told right now in the conservatorship, I'm not able to get married or have a baby," Spears testified earlier this year.

"I have an IUD inside of myself right now so I don't get pregnant. I wanted to take the IUD out so I could start trying to have another baby," she added.

"But this so-called team won't let me go to the doctor to take it out because they don't want me to have children - any more children. So basically, this conservatorship is doing me way more harm than good."

Spears, who is already a mother to boys Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, recently became engaged to her partner Sam Asghari, who has been outspoken against the pop star's father and his role in the conservatorship.

In a March interview with Forbes, 27-year-old Asghari said he wanted to "take his relationship to the next step" - which included fatherhood.

"I don't mind becoming a father. I want to be a young dad," he said at the time.
