Caitlyn Jenner claims OJ Simpson warned Nicole Brown he would 'kill her and get away with it' on Big Brother VIP

Caitlyn Jenner made a bombshell claim about OJ Simpson and the murder of Nicole Brown during an episode of Big Brother VIP

Appearing on the Australian reality TV contest, Caitlyn said that OJ had warned his estranged wife Nicole: "I'll kill you and get away with it, because I'm OJ Simpson" - a statement that Nicole allegedly passed on to Caitlyn's then-wife, Kris Jenner.

"Nicole was Kris' best friend, and had been for a long time," Caitlyn told the Big Brother VIP housemates. "I was at Nicole's house two days before the murder."

"Obviously he did it and he got away with it, and at one point he even told Nicole, 'I'll kill you and get away with it because I'm OJ Simpson," Caitlyn continued.

"Then, Nicole, you know, relayed that onto Kris at one point and unfortunately, she was right."

Recalling what was dubbed the 'Trial of the Century', which saw OJ acquitted of two counts of murder against Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman, Caitlyn said: "We were there, and it was an extraordinarily difficult time."

"We were at the courthouse, we were watching what was going on in the other room," Caitlyn said.

"And even after the not guilty verdict, the first thing - Kris turns around to me and goes, 'We should've listened to Nicole, she was right, right from the beginning'."

"It was really, really, really, really, really sad."

Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman were found brutally murdered outside her home in 1994, around two years after her divorce from the former NFL star.

Despite substantial physical and circumstantial evidence linking OJ to the killings, he was let off all charges in a highly-publicised trial the following year.

OJ was later found liable for the deaths in a 1997 civil lawsuit, and ordered to pay the victim's families US$33 million, which has now nearly doubled, and remains contested and unpaid by the former sporting star.
