Kylie Jenner's been branded "a trash human being" after her private jet took yet another 13 minute flight in the US.

Automated tracker service CelebJets posted the details of her latest flight online, saying the plane flew from Camarillo in California and was heading to Van Nuys in California.

The 56km flight would have burned US$714 of fuel, which is around 402 litres and created 1 tons of CO2 emissions.

In July, Jenner was branded a "full-time climate criminal" after her private jet was recorded making a 65km flight in the US.

Online commenters have been quick to condemn Jenner's latest movements, even though others have argued the plane could have been being repositioned and may not necessarily have had Jenner on it.

"I didn't think I could have any less respect for celebrities than I already do, but since following this account yesterday I've found new levels of disdain," one said.

"Why can't she just go to where the plane is stored. The flight is still unnecessary and short, even if she isn't on it?" another asked.

"What a trash human being…" one simply said.

"It is possible the plane was moved for maintenance or a multitude of other reasons," one commenter said.

Private flights have increased in the US since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Los Angeles Times reported back in February 2021.

It said celebrities, cast and crew preferred this option to risking infection from the virus as well as managing to avoid the possibility of flight cancellations or delays caused by the pandemic.

Taylor Swift is the latest celebrity to have come under fire, with a report using data from Celebjets revealing her private jet had flown 170 times this year, despite her not touring.

Swift responded to the backlash, via a spokesperson

"Taylor's jet is loaned out regularly to other individuals" the spokesperson said.
