Former James Bond Daniel Craig has shown off his dance moves in a new vodka ad, which is directed by Taika Waititi and features music from Waititi's partner, Rita Ora.
Beginning on the iconic Pont Neuf bridge in Paris, Craig dives through a car before stalking past a throng of photographers.
Entering a hotel, he steals a concierge's pocket handkerchief, before wiping his brow and breaking out some dance moves, somewhat reminiscent of Christopher Walken in Fatboy Slim's 'Weapon of Choice' music video.
From twerking up against a television set and gyrating in a lift, the former Bond ends up in a hotel suite, pouring himself a vodka and taking a drink before a familiar voice interjects.
The camera pans back to show Taika Waititi in a director's chair, who tells Craig "Let's go again, just be yourself."
Speaking to GQ about the ad, Waititi revealed the plan of the ad was to subvert expectations of what you'd expect of a more traditionally serious actor like Craig and the iconic locations of Paris.
"There was sort of the fun of playing with [what] people expect, like 'Oh, we're going to make some high-class thing in Paris, and it's in black and white, very pretentious, like the beginning of a French noir film' or something.
"It was just about having fun with the form, and making sure that we never really took any of it too seriously.
"I think it's great when they can be a little irreverent, and bust out of the mould of what everyone expects. It's just nice to do something where it's like, 'Oh, is this the real Daniel? Maybe this is a different version of Daniel than we've ever seen?'
"He just was great, and he wasn't cynical about it, and he wasn't reticent. He just leaned straight in."
