A British mother-of-two says she was the older woman Prince Harry lost his virginity to in a field outside a pub.
Harry revealed the sordid details of how he lost his virginity in his recently released book Spare.
Harry wrote he was a student when he had sex for the first time in 2001 in a field outside a pub called the Vine Tree in Wiltshire.
Harry didn't name the woman in the book, saying only it was a "humiliating episode with an older woman who liked macho horses and who treated me like a young stallion".
"I mounted her quickly, after which she spanked my ass and sent me away," he wrote.
He referred to the encounter as an 'inglorious episode'.
"One of my many mistakes was letting it happen in a field, just behind a very busy pub. No doubt someone had seen us."
The book prompted worldwide speculation as to who the woman was.
There had been rumours it was the actress Elizabeth Hurley, however, she shut that down in 2022 in a tweet saying, "Not me. Absolutely not".
But Sasha Walpole, a digger driver who knew Harry in her younger days as a groom, says she is the mystery woman.
At 40 years of age, Walpole is only a few years older than the Prince, but claims it was her in an interview.
The Daily Mail reports Walpole and the Duke of Sussex were at the Vine Tree to celebrate her 19th birthday when he suggested they go outside for a smoke.
"He started to kiss me. It was passionate, intense. We both knew. It went from a kiss on to the floor pretty quickly," the Daily Mail reported.
"It was instant, fiery, wham bam, between two friends. It was sparky because we shouldn't have been doing it.
"He wasn't 'Prince Harry' to me, this was Harry, my friend, and the situation had got a little bit out of control. It felt naughty, I suppose, in the sense that it shouldn't be happening."
The Daily Mail reported Walpole didn't mind Harry's description of the encounter in the book.
"I don't mind him saying that because it isn't really very glorious, is it? We were drunk and having sex in a field."
