Country band The Chicks have added a second Christchurch date to their October tour of Aotearoa after the first one sold out within days.
The 'Wide Open Spaces' hitmakers will play a second and final Christchurch show on Tuesday, October 31 at the newly renamed Wolfbrook Arena as part of their upcoming tour.
These will be the first shows the band will have played here since they performed at the Hawke's Bay's Mission Estate Winery in 2017.
The Chicks will play Auckland's Spark Arena on Saturday, October 28 before heading to the first of two dates in Christchurch from Monday, October 30.
Elle King is the support act for the tour.
Tickets for the new Christchurch date go on sale from Wednesday, June 14.
