Many Taylor Swift fans have 'Bad Blood' with Ticketek after waiting hours in online queues only to miss out on tickets, while some fans just joining the wait hit gold.

The American singer is playing five dates in Sydney and Melbourne next February, and while there are currently no plans to play in New Zealand, many Kiwis have been desperate to secure seats.

But for the more than four million users trying to secure presale tickets, for many of them, bad news struck at around 3:45pm when Sydney's presale sold out, followed by another blow when Melbourne's sold out at roughly 6:15pm.

The capacity for her three Sydney shows is around 250,000, while her two Melbourne shows will fit 200,000 fans.

Some fans were angry at the queueing system for tickets, taking work off, queuing for hours and "feeling physically stressed and ill".

Fans were advised by Ticketek Aus not to refresh the queue page and wait to be let through to the purchase page.

But users started to flood Ticketek's Facebook page to share a "hack" to get through the queue.

"I read from somewhere that they exit all the tabs and waited for 10 mins, log in again and wait on the queue then they got their spot. I followed that and I got my ticket too," one person commented.

But the "hack" has fans who were waiting in the queue furious.

"Not really fair that people who joined the cue (sic) 10 mins ago are getting tickets before people who have followed the advice," one person tweeted.

"People waiting 4 hours in the queue... others getting in after 15 minutes. The usual Ticketek epic fail!" another commented.

"This is such a joke Ticketek - some of us have been sitting in queues literally ALL DAY and still you won't let us through to get tickets!" another commented.

However, for those who missed out, there will be another chance to secure tickets during Friday's General Public sale.
