Legendary disco artists Chic and Nile Rodgers are to play a one-off show at Auckland's Civic Theatre on Wednesday, October 18.
Multi-award winner Rodgers co-founded Chic in 1972 and the group had hits with songs like 'Le Freak' and 'Good Times'.
While Rodgers was famous for his work with artists such as Diana Ross and Sister Sledge, he also produced music for the likes of David Bowie, Madonna and Duran Duran.
