A 2002 interview featuring That '70s Show stars Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis has resurfaced online, in which Kunis revealed fellow co-star and convicted rapist Danny Masterson bet her now-husband Kutcher $10 to French kiss her when she was just 14.

In the footage from The Rosie O'Donnell talk show, Kunis said a scene required her and Kutcher's characters, Jackie and Kelso, to make out: despite her being 14 years old at the time and him being 19.

"They were like, 'You guys are going to be making out in this scene', and I'm thinking, 'Wait, this is slightly illegal'," the footage showed Kutcher telling O'Donnell.

Kunis also revealed the scene also marked her first-ever kiss, noting she was "extremely scared".

"I've never kissed a guy. Ashton's attractive, and I was a 14-year-old little girl and I was extremely scared for my life. He was very nice about it. He was like, 'Don't worry about it'. Then Danny [Masterson] goes to him, 'Dude, I'll give you [US]$10 if you French kiss her'."

Kutcher confirmed he and Masterson, who played the character Steven Hyde, had "a little side bet going".

"He said, 'You're kissing on the show, [as] boyfriend and girlfriend. You would use tongue'. Danny bet me like 20 bucks I wouldn't do it."

The two were then argued over whether Kutcher went through with the bet, with Kunis claiming he didn't - and Kutcher stating otherwise.

"I didn't let him, but I think he tried," she said. Kutcher then added he believed Kunis had already turned 15 by then.

O'Donnell asked Kunis if she had kept her teeth closed to prevent it from happening.

The footage has resurfaced days after Kunis and Kutcher were forced to apologise for writing letters of support for Masterson in his rape trial.

The couple shared a video to Instagram insisting they "support victims" in the wake of the backlash, with Kutcher stating: "We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters that we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson."

Kunis and Kutcher married in July 2015.
