Kanye West has reportedly replaced his teeth with titanium dentures worth NZ$1.39 million.
The 'Gold Digger' rapper showed off the new look on his Instagram Story on Thursday, followed by a further image of Jaws, the notorious James Bond villain who appeared in The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker.
The star's new dentures were fitted by Dr Thomas Connelly in Beverly Hills, the Daily Mail reported.
"Ye was a pleasure to work with every step of the process. His vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression. The marriage of his vision with dental science has created a new look that is epic," Connelly told the publication.
There has been no comment from West himself regarding the procedure or the final result, except for a grinning close-up photo of the teeth on social media.
In 2010, West appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and told her he had asked a dentist to remove his bottom row of teeth and replace them with diamonds.
"I just thought that diamonds were cooler. It's really my real teeth. I replaced my bottom row of teeth.
"I guess there's just certain things that rock stars are supposed to do," he said at the time.
The surgery comes just months after West's former wife Kim Kardashian said she was "desperately embarrassed and worried" about his behaviour while holidaying in Italy in September and October last year.
The reality TV star told a UK tabloid she thought something "clearly isn't right" with West after he was seen semi-naked, baring his buttocks on a cruise boat.
West and his wife Bianca Censori had been pictured by paparazzi in various stages of undress while on the streets, potentially in breach of Italian law. However, no charges were ever formally laid on the pair.
