AM hosts Lloyd Burr and Melissa Chan-Green revealed go-to karaoke songs on Wednesday's show.
The revelations came up during a chat about the 20th anniversary of Whakaata Māori (Māori Television) with hosts Matai Smith and Te Hamua Nikora during a discussion about the channel's long-running karaoke show Homai te PakiPaki.
"We should get you on the show, Mel, what's your karaoke go to? Lloyd?" Smith asked.
"I'd do a Celine Dion number. I'd do 'The Power of Love' maybe," Burr said.
"I can't guarantee it would be good."
"Probably like a 'Hold On' by Wilson Phillips," Chan-Green revealed, before singing a few bars of the 1990s hit.
Homai te PakiPaki has seen the likes of Temuera Morrison, Casketeers Francis Tipene and Rob Ruha perform for audiences in the studios.
