Multi-award winning US country singer Chris Stapleton will perform at a concert in Auckland next year on his first ever visit to New Zealand.

The Chris Stapleton's All-American Roadshow Goes Down Under tour date will take place at Spark Arena on Friday, March 7.

The Kentucky-born musician won two awards at the 2024 Grammys - Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song - for his single 'White Horse' from his fifth studio album Higher.

Over his career Stapleton has won 10 Grammy Awards and 15 Country Music Awards. He has performed the US national anthem at the Superbowl and duetted with the likes of Adele, Chris Pratt, Ed Sheeran and Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt.

Ticket pre-sales begin on Tuesday, April 9 before general tickets go on sale from Friday, April 12.
