A luxury resort has gone on sale in the Cook Islands - with the entire island included in the package deal.
The 36-bungalow, five-spa beach resort on the Aitutaki Lagoon could be all yours, if you have a casual $32 million to spare.
It's been listed on Trade Me by Coffeys Tourism Property Brokers, who describe the remote, 27-acre island as a "prime location".
"[It] has a full range of amenities including two restaurants and bars, spa, air conditioned gym, swimming pool, activities and water sports hut, gift shop, guest laundry etc.
"Set on... the fabled Aitutaki Lagoon on a 60-year lease, this 27-acre private island offers unlimited potential for further expansion and development."
Photos show the dreamy huts perched above the water, with lavish island-style interiors.
The location is listed as "Auckland City, Auckland", although that's probably a stretch.
