Auckland chocolate and coffee lovers prepare yourselves - the two indulgences are coming together for one indulgent festival.

After the fantastic news that an anti-inflammatory diet - including coffee and chocolate - is good for you, this event could even be considered a health retreat.

The Chocolate and Coffee show will celebrate its fifth birthday when it takes place at the Cloud on Auckland's waterfront from October 6-7.

Many of New Zealand's finest coffee purveyors, chocolatiers and culinary masters are converging on Tāmaki Makaurau for the two-day event, making it practically mandatory for any serious foodie.

There will be free presentations in the Barista Zone and SEAT demonstration kitchen both days. Festival-goers can also hit the artisan marketplace, food court and check out the live chocolate sculpting with Ganesh Kehedekar.

Tickets are on sale now, with exclusive masterclasses also available.
