Junk food marketing needs to be changed to reduce risk of obesity induced cancers

Tobacco, unhealthy food and alcohol - these are the "big three" preventable risk factors for cancer.

Research shows that 30 to 50 percent of cancers could be prevented through lifestyle changes, in particular, eliminating tobacco use, reducing alcohol consumption, following a healthy diet and having an active lifestyle.

In light of cancer research week, obesity expert Professor Anna Peeters spoke to The AM Show.
