Social media users have voiced their disgust after a man was caught drinking directly from a serve-yourself soup buffet in a US supermarket.
Video shot inside the supermarket shows the man dipping a ladle into the soup several times and drinking directly off of it, Yahoo News reports.

"Just saw this guy at the grocery store helping himself to the soups. This was his second flavour," a horrified witness wrote on Reddit.
The user said the man seemed comfortable with his behaviour, but others have labelled it "unsanitary" and "disgusting".
The clip was shared on Twitter and soon hundreds of people were responding to the incident.
Many respondents pointed out nobody had brought the man's behaviour to the attention of staff, but the witness said they were concerned about how the man would react if they confronted him.
Some users pointed out the video is more evidence that an unsupervised buffet is not safe to buy food from.
"Sadly, I am not surprised to see this. So many people have no respect for the buffets, which is why I never get food from them," one Reddit user commented.
"The salad/food bar is the nastiest place to get food," another person wrote on Twitter.
But one person jokingly defended the man, saying he was only doing what he was told.
"He simply followed the instruction on the sign on top of him - ladle up some comfort."
