An unknown woman has been mocked online after posting a ridiculous list of requirements for a prospective babysitter.

The woman posted her list to Facebook, and it was quickly screenshot and posted on website Reddit, in a section called 'Choosing Beggars'.

Among the requests were a degree or nine years' experience, full-time availability, native English-speaking with a second language she could teach the child, willing to pay for their own snacks and "ideally a Trump fan".

For all of this she was willing to pay $10 an hour under the table, explaining it was the equivalent of working $15 an hour with tax.

She ended the post asking for "serious inquires only [sic]".

PM me if you're interested, here are my requirements. 1 Have a bachelors degree in childcare or 9 years of relevant babysitting experience 2 3 good references with phone numbers 3 Full time availability inc weekends 4 Your own car and driving licence 5 Native English speaking and preferred second language to teach my children 6 CPR certified, ideally a CNA licence 7 No history of traffic tickets and no problems with the law (I will be running your name thru databases) 8 No tattoos, no drugs, no alcohol, no sketchy social media behaviour and/or public pictures 9 Must be okay with my two pit bulls 10 Must be okay with emergency last minute calls 11 Perfect attendance 100 percent required 12 Willing to pay for some snacks 13 Will love to work with an infant, three-year-old, and five-year-old 14 Ideally will be a Trump fan In exchange, I will be offering $10/hr under the table cash. It's like making $15/hr normally but without paying tax. Serious inquires only.

Reddit users were quick to point out the woman's hypocrisy over paying under the table when a specific requirement in the list was no history of crime.

"The ideal babysitter must have 'NO problems with the law' but it's okay for this choosy beggar to illegally dodge tax," one user wrote.

"[She's] specifically requesting someone who never commits any crimes to commit a crime with them. Because tax fraud is a rich person crime so it doesn't count I guess," another said.

Others pointed out how unlikely it would be to get such an experienced babysitter at late notice, especially for low pay.

"Nine years experience is very specific!!

"Also, would be worried about someone who had the degree and/or experience but was still willing to graft for $10 an hour."
