A lucky Australian man has won an entire beachside apartment complex after purchasing a $10 ticket for a competition.
The man, who hasn't been named, has claimed the top prize in the RSL's largest ever Art Union prize home competition, reports 7 News.
The Queensland man purchased a $10 ticket which resulted in winning an entire apartment complex on the Gold Coast worth AU$5 million (NZ$5.2 million).

The lucky winner will get the keys to his prize on Monday.
The fully-furnished property, called Rudland's Reach, has views of Palm Beach and comes with two Audi vehicles.
The name of the complex comes from Peter Rudland, a veteran and Paralympian who survived a Black Hawk crash in Afghanistan in 2010.
The proceeds of the AU$2 million worth of tickets sold fittingly went to helping servicemen and women, according to 7 News.
The next prize up for grabs is a AU$1.5 million apartment in Surfers Paradise and tickets are only AU$5.
