A man declaring "the future is testosterone" has compiled a 12-point list he thinks women should follow to be beautiful, sparking outrage on social media.
Alexander J.A Cortes, going by the Twitter handle @AJA_Cortes, posted his list of "How to be a beautiful woman" that includes an array of traditionally-feminine traits at odds with modern females.

He describes a beautiful woman as one who is thin, able to cook, wears pink and listens to men.
He followed the list up by stating: "You can use this list to vet women. If you show them this list and they get angry, that lets you know that they are harpies that you never want to breed with."
"If you're angry, it might be because your excess body fat is causing hormonal fluctuations that make you emotional. You can fix this by working out and going to the gym and unfitting yourself."
His full instructions on how women can be beautiful are:
- Be thin
- Be able to cook
- Have long hair
- Wear make-up
- Be feminine
- Be graceful
- Be Sensual
- Shave (should without saying)
- Be fashionable
- Wear pink and feminine colours
- Love men
- Listen to men
The list has been received with both outcry and adulation from Twitter users and Cortes is attempting to cash in on the attention by advertising his services as a personal trainer and speaker while also supporting an upcoming convention with the words "The future is testosterone."
