"There's a new way to share the gooeyness with the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Packed with Creme Egg block," the company posted to Facebook on Saturday.
"Available in stores from 11th of March."
The news has increased the already intense excitement amongst Kiwis keen to get their hands on the block.
"I need about a whole box of these," one person commented.
"I'm hanging out for this, not long," another said.
The limited edition block takes two Kiwi favourites - the traditional chocolate block and the Cadbury Creme egg - and combines them into one.
Inside each square is a Creme Egg centre, coated in the traditional Cadbury dairy milk chocolate.
"We're excited to give Kiwis a new way to enjoy and share the legendary Cadbury Creme Egg," says Cadbury marketing director Paul Chatfield.
"Easter is a time of year that brings families together and what better way to celebrate than with two Cadbury icons coming together, the Creme Egg and Cadbury Dairy Milk block."
The block will be available in Countdown, New World, Pak'nSave and The Warehouse stores across New Zealand.
But if you want to try the treat, it might be wise to get in quick. It's only available "while stocks last".
