That all important buzzword we've come to know and love: mindfulness.
It's easy to say, but not so easy to do, while trying to fit in everything: workouts, seeing friends, looking after families, working busy 9-5 jobs.

That's where Camilla Sacre-Dallerup comes in. Known for her role as one of the esteemed judges on Dancing With The Stars, Sacre-Dallerup secretly leads another life off the dance floor.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star is also a mindful living coach, and her skills include - but are not limited to meditation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, hypnotherapy, mindful living and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) practices and many more.
"In this time where technology is taking over our world, the human species are starting a new revolution, an inward journey, seeking peace and answers within," Sacre-Dallerup says.

So I've enlisted the help of Sacre-Dallerup to improve my life - I get fidgety in shavasana during yoga and only sit still when Riverdale is on, so a little mindfulness is going to go a long way.
