Here's her two step Pikelets recipe:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups flour (high grade)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar (sifted)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (sifted)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (full cream)
1. Mix together quickly
2. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter
(The secret is not mixing too much).
