Putting the rumours to rest, Sephora finally officially announced on Wednesday they're opening a real "bricks and mortar" location in Auckland.
The beauty powerhouse will be opening its doors this year in Auckland's CBD, tipped to be the retail space at 146-152 Queen Street.

Previously, beauty publications like Fashion Quarterly speculated that Commercial Bay, the new Westfield at 277 Broadway, or Sylvia Park could all be possible locations for the store.
Before the opening, Kiwi beauty junkies have only been able to get their fix on the store's New Zealand online shopping site, which launched in November 2015.
Pedro Coutinho, Interim General Manager Sephora Australia & New Zealand, promises "Sephora Auckland will be a beauty destination like no other".
"We are so excited to introduce our renowned service offering, a suite of the most sought after beauty brands from around the world," he says.
"We've listened to what our online clients want from Sephora, and this new Auckland location will help us deliver it."
An exact opening date has not been revealed.
