An eight-year-old boy has taken his love for property videos to a new level by selling his own house.
Nixon Herd has teamed up with First National real estate agent Michael Rea to sell his family's four-bedroom Marlborough home.
The tour starts in the lounge with Nixon saying the "massive living area" is a great place to "kick back and chill".
In the kitchen, the youngster says the stove is brand new, although he reveals he's not in that particular room a lot.
"I don't spend very much time in here because the dishwasher does all the dishes and mum does all the cooking," he said.
Family secrets are revealed in the master bedroom, with Nixon saying his dad isn't allowed to use the on-suite bathroom.
"This is mum and dad's room, it's got the biggest bed and the biggest room. But mum doesn't let dad use the toilet," he said.
Then it's outside where the backyard trampoline gets a workout.
Rea told One Roof he enjoyed creating the video and that Nixon was a "natural".
