Natalie Giumelli is selling her Yapper Valley Pet Resort, located 25 minutes outside of Townsville, via a lottery.

People across both sides of the ditch have the chance to win her four-bedroom, two-bathroom home and the business.

People who would like the chance to win the property need to buy a digital pet photograph and they will then go into the draw.
There are 40,000 tickets available.
As well as the house, the package includes 110 acres of freehold land, AU$30,000 (NZ$31,000), all transfers and taxes paid and all equipment necessary to run the business.
