How to have good mental health when working a stressful job

Mental health is so important and although it's becoming more normal to talk about it, it doesn't change the fact that many of us work long hours in a stressful job or even in a workplace where you're completely isolated from human interaction.

Because of this reality, it can be easy for our mental health to slip, but it doesn't have to.
