Tex-Mex fans get excited; confirmation of the country's first Taco Bell restaurant has been revealed in some very telling job listings.
The company first announced they were coming to our shores in December last year, with more than 60 new Taco Bell restaurants planned to open New Zealand and Australia before June 30 2024.

Now, finally, it seems the first store is soon to open, with listings to work there already up on job advertising site Seek.
The positions - including Assistant Restaurant Manager - are based in West Auckland, fuelling rumours the new taco joint will fill the space left by New Lynn stalwart Wagamama.
"We are looking for experienced supervisors ready to step up into an assistant manager role with Taco Bell. Be part of opening our first store!" the listing reads.
"We are so excited to be bringing tacos, burritos, and crunchwraps to Aotearoa!"
The chain is owned by Restaurant Brands, which also own KFC, Pizza Hut, Carl’s Jr and Starbucks.
