Potions may have been one of Harry Potter's most dreaded classes, but he might have enjoyed it more if it looked a little like this.
A pop-up bar combining magic and mixology is coming to Auckland, where you can don your robes and experiment in the ancient art of potion making.

According to the event's promotional website, upon entering the pop-up you receive robes and a wand, before sipping some mead or mulled wine, and two alcoholic potions. You then get to explore your own brewing talents with the help of the potions master.
Set to arrive in Auckland in January 2020, the Wizard's Cauldron Bar has already been a hit across the ditch in Melbourne and Sydney.
However, tickets are said to be extremely limited, so eager fans should register their interest online.
"This bar is created for all fantasy and magic lovers, a mystical place where magic and imagination roam free," the website states.
It's not the first Potter themed pop-up in Aotearoa. In March, a Wizard's Brunch and Dinner pop-up was announced as coming to New Zealand.
